SHIPPING TERMS

Your order will be shipped directly from PCQ warehouse to you via Courier Service. However, items shipped via normal post services (if in any cases where needed or required), which may take longer time to arrive. It is important and recommended that all merchandise be inspected for damages before signing or taking delivery of the order.

Shipping Rate

Shipping rate is based on the table below.

West Malaysia	First 3kg	RM8.10
	3kg – 10kg	RM13.50
	Every Additional 1kg	RM1.35

Delivery Time

Please allow 3-7 days for delivery within Malaysia. Delivery will be available from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays during office hours. The actual time for delivery depends on location of delivery.

Shipping outside Malaysia 

Our international shipping rate is based on Pos Malaysia General Air Mail parcel rate. For details rate please visit Pos Malaysia International website. Please allow 7 to 21 days for international delivery. The actual time for delivery takes depend on location of delivery.
